Registration for Members
1) Add the appropriate conference registration category, continuing education course registration (if required) and the number of dinner tickets* to your cart from the link provided below.
*Note: Dinner tickets can be purchased separately if required. Please visit the CSPT Dinner section of the Annual Meeting website.
2) Proceed to checkout.
3) For this next step, follow whichever is applicable to you.
IF you are already logged in, you will immediately be directed to payment.
IF you are not logged in you will be redirected to the login page.
Note: Login credentials from the old CSPT website are no longer valid. All members have been sent account activation e-mails for their accounts.
IF you have not yet activated your account and you are unable to locate your activation e-mail, simply click the "create account" option on the login page. Fill in your email address (no other fields are required) and click "Create". This will prompt a new activation e-mail to be sent you. If "Password cannot be blank" appears, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure we have an accurate email on file for you!
