CSPT AWARDS -- NOMINATE YOUR COLLEAGUES

Each year the CSPT offers a number of awards to recognize society members who have made outstanding contributions to pharmacology and therapeutics research, service and education. Award candidates are nominated by society members and selected annually by an elected awards committee.

Up-to-date information about each award, including eligibility criteria and how to apply, is available by clicking the award links below.

Note that applications/nominations must be received electronically by 11:59:59 pm ET on February 28  at info@pharmacologycanada.org. Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered. 

CSPT accepts applications/nominations for the following seven awards:

 Research Awards:

• The Senior Investigator Award

• The Junior Investigator Award

• The Post Doctoral Fellowship Award

• The Clinical Fellowship Award

Each Research Award recipient will be invited to deliver a research presentation at the next CSPT annual scientific conference and will be presented with a $1000 cash prize and engraved plaque during the conference awards ceremony.

 Service and Education Award:

•  The Distinguished Service and Education Award

The Distinguished Service and Education Award recipient will be announced during the next CSPT annual scientific conference awards ceremony where the recipient will be recognized for their contributions and will be presented with a $1000 cash prize and engraved plaque.

 Publication Awards:

• The Publication Award

• The Canadian Publication Award

Each Publication Award recipient will be announced during the next CSPT annual scientific conference awards ceremony where each recipient will be presented with a $500 cash prize and engraved plaque.
