We invite you to help define the future of pharmacology in Canada by participating in a national study led by CSPT in collaboration with the University of Ottawa.
Study title: Defining Core Competencies in Pharmacology Education in Canada

The study aims to identify the key competencies and learning outcomes needed for undergraduate and graduate students in non-professional pharmacology programs across Canada. By participating, you’ll directly help improve curriculum design, bridge gaps across institutions, and ensure learners are well-prepared for academic and research careers. The study will be conducted solely in English and has been approved by the University of Ottawa Research Ethics Board (H-02-25-11127).
Eligibility Criteria
Participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time. To participate, you must:
Meet one of the following:
≥2 years in academia: Holder of a graduate or professional degree and affiliated with an academic Canadian pharmacology program/institution including, but not limited to, roles such as Instructor, Lecturer, Professor, Program Director, and Scientist.
Participation Details
Participation in up to three Delphi survey rounds (1 hour/round)
Compensation
As a thank you for your time, you’ll be entered into a raffle to win one of three $50 prepaid MasterCard gift cards. Withdrawing from the study will not affect your raffle eligibility. Winners will be contacted via email after the study concludes.
