Marijuana, Precision Medicine and the Brain

June 14-16, 2017

Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia

Welcome Message

The Canadian Society of Pharmacology and Therapeutics would like to invite you, your trainees and your colleagues, to join us in Halifax from June 14-16 for our 2017 Annual Meeting. This years meeting will be held at Dalhousie University in the brand new Collaborative Health Education Building.

The 2017 Scientific Program has been a collaborative effort by members of our Scientific Program Committee and features a diverse range of scientific sessions addressing such issues as Pharmacology and Therapeutics of Cannabinoids, Targets for the Treatment of CNS Diseases, Precision Medicine, Nanomedicine and Optimizing Drug Therapy in Pregnancy and Breastfeeding. Information presented in the sessions will ensure attendees are well informed of new developments in these areas of interest.

In an effort to encourage attendance from trainees, a number of trainee focussed sessions will also be a part of our program. These sessions include: a clinical trainee continuing education course, oral and rapid fire presentations and a networking and roundtable discussion. A limited number of travel bursaries will also be available to help support trainee travel.

We invite you to register and submit an abstract below.  We look forward to seeing you in Halifax!
